Can KOOM customize the proofing plan? What is the turnaround time for proofing?
We provide customized solution proofing services, and the proofing cycle is generally 7 working days. You need to provide specific functional requirements and product PCB board diagram (marking the height area of components).
Are KOOM's main control chips and core components outsourced?
Our main control chips and core components are independently developed, taped out, and packaged and tested by our parent company Hotchip Group.
Has KOOM obtained relevant certifications?
We have passed ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45001 and other certifications.
Does KOOM provide technical support and after-sales service?

Is the e-cigarette PCBA solution board mass-produced and verified by batch customers?
Our solution board has been put into mass production and has been batch verified by some overseas brands. These products receive constant returns and referrals from customers due to their stable quality, high taste consistency and extremely high cost performance.
What ASIC chip does the electronic cigarette circuit board use and what is its performance?
All of our e-cigarette PCBA solution boards are manufactured by our parent company Huaxinbang Group (which has more than 15 years of chip and sensor R&D experience and is the only design and manufacturing company in the e-cigarette industry that integrates chip R&D and sensor R&D capabilities. ) Self-developed chips and sensors can achieve optimal performance matching.
Does the e-cigarette mainboard comply with relevant certifications and regulations? Has it passed the necessary testing and validation?
All products comply with relevant certifications and regulations, and we guarantee not to provide any non-compliant products. Customized performance requirements can be provided. The test verification report of the core chip and sensor can be obtained from our personnel or viewed or downloaded on the product details page.
Is the manufacturing cost of electronic cigarette PCBA board reasonable?
On a PCBA board, KOOM adheres to the design concept of chip integration. Leveraging the group’s chip integration capabilities, an innovative solution “circuit” board has been developed, moving away from the previous market standard of “PCB + single chip + traditional ECM microphone airflow sensor + peripheral accessories.” The base has been transformed into a “PCB + silicon microphone packaged chip + connector” solution board, significantly enhancing the performance of the PCBA solution module. Additionally, the manual soldering of batteries has been replaced with HCP modular design, effectively controlling the overall manufacturing costs of backend assembly and packaging.

How many series and connections does the BMS protection board support?
Our current stock options include configurations ranging from 3 to 15 strings. For configurations with 16 strings or more, please contact us for customization.
What is the current application range of the power management system protection board?
Our current stock options range from 5A to 300A. For configurations above 300A, please contact us for customization.
